“Your Choice. Your Voice.” PSA Campaign
Earlier this year, KCETLink Media Group announced the “ ]Your Choice. Your Voice.” non-partisan initiative dedicated to the importance of voting spearheaded by actress and voting activist Kate Walsh (“Private Practice,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Fargo”). In her public service announcement Walsh asks viewers to look beyond the politicking and make an impact on critical election issues such as Women’s rights, minimum wage, health care, climate change, and immigration, while recognizing that voting is a privilege that many people in other countries may not have.
With a particular emphasis on diversity and a goal of appealing to multicultural voters of all ages, the campaign partners KCETLink Media Group with six other local and national organizations representing diverse constituencies. The public service
announcements address a variety of groups and demographics while featuring celebrities that include George Takei, John Cho, Edward James Olmos, Vic Mensa and other notable influencers. The “ Your Choice. Your Voice.”
