The “2016 Billboard Music Awards,” were hosted for the third year in a row by Grammy award winning recording artist Ludacris and by first-time host and international recording artist, Ciara. This year’s award show was held at the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The award show is the first-ever broadcast event from the new venue, which officially opened on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. The “2016 Billboard Music Awards” will broadcast live on MONDAY, MAY 23 at 7am on RTL CBS Entertainment HD (TrueVision 337). Tonight’s red carpet was held outside the T-Mobile Arena in the Toshiba Plaza.
