The Plaza at Santa Monica Presents Ice Breakers Free Weekly Music Series

Sundays through Jan. 19 at Ice at Santa Monica

LOS ANGELES (December 2, 2019) –The Plaza at Santa Monica is pleased to introduce “Ice Breakers,” a new free live music series accompanying Ice at Santa Monica. Every Sunday through January 19, enjoy eclectic, family friendly musical performances from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. next to the Ice at Santa Monica outdoor ice-skating rink.

The concert series presents a diverse line-up of 14 artists at free outdoor concerts every Sunday with performances at 11 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3:15 p.m. Glide into the holiday season each weekend with live music from popular local artists including French music ensemble Belle Affaire, the sugar and sass of Jazzy Ash and the Leaping Lizards, the infectious fusion of Las Cafeteras, and more concerts for the whole family to enjoy. On December 22, ring in the holidays early on the ice rink with festive performances by California Carolers/Santa Sisters, and Mostly Kosher. Ice Breakers shows are free to attend and open to the public of all ages.

Ice Breakers performances accompany Ice at Santa Monica, Downtown Santa Monica’s 8,000-square-foot outdoor ice-skating rink, located on the corner of Fifth Street and Arizona Avenue at 1324 Fifth St.PARKING:
Parking is widely available in the downtown structures including the Santa Monica Public Library or Parking Structures 9 and 10 just north of Wilshire Boulevard.
