MTV VMAs 2018: The Complete Winners List

Childish Gambino walked away with three 2018 MTV Video Music Awards aired live tonight from Radio City Music Hall in New York City. 

Camila Cabello, The Carters and Cardi B all won a pair of awards each.

Jennifer Lopez received the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award during tonights show.

MTV also ran a video tribute to Aretha Franklin, who died Aug. 16.
