John Lloyd Young Home For The Holidays!

Give yourself or someone you love the gift of John Lloyd Young!!

By Michele Black

Time for some holiday cheer! Need the perfect gift idea for that hard-to-please person in your life? What better gift than a night of music at Sterling’s Upstairs at The Federal? Or bringing in the New Year at Feinstein’s At The Nikko in San Francisco? John Lloyd Young is back by popular demand and will be doing a series of Holiday Shows from Los Angeles to San Francisco, much to the delight of his West Coast fans! Tony Award-winner Young originated the role of Frankie Valli in the Broadway hit JERSEY BOYS, as well as starring in Clint Eastwood’s film of the same name.

As of late, Young, along with his five piece band lead by award-winning Musical Director Tommy Faragher, has been touring the premier supper club circuit promoting Young’s new CD “My Turn,” a collection of ballads from the 1950’s to 1970’s that were selected to showcase Young’s incredible vocal range. I had the pleasure of catching Young’s show when he was at Sterling’s Upstairs in October and will be returning to see him December 28th. Be sure to end the year right with one of Young’s rare live performances this holiday season, and treat yourself or a loved one to a one-of-a-kind musical experience!
