With “Baby Don’t Cry,” Lucinda Belle has released a upbeat jazzy song reminiscent of some of the greats from the old jazz era.
It is not easy to break up and move on. But Belle has some sound advice and gives emotional support with her new track and the accompanying video.
The jazz-pop singer-songwriter is bringing her music to the U.S. and will release her second album this year. Her sound is an Amy Winehouse-meets-Peggy Lee sound but she includes an instrument that may not be so jazzy: The harp.
Instead of playing classical with her harp, she uses countless types of music, from classical to jazz, pop to hip hop, blues to reggae, to create a sound that’s her own trademark.
